Salvation 01:15
The only salvation is in death...
2.
so sick of life; when will death claim my soul so sick of being sick; why can’t I feel content there’s no contentment for me in this world a cry for salvation at the top of my lungs I deal with so much pain, I’m afraid to break I deal with so much pain, almost too much to take birth - life - death from order to chaos to rest is this maze meaningful or meaningless trapped in between despair and duress suffocate from fear the great beyond is a lie only the end is eternal no solace only solitude life, death, hope, fear I CAN’T FEEL A THING
3.
no gods, no masters - such a wishful phrase humankind is destined to be kept forever in a cage there is no one in the sky, no one to judge me so keep your frantic thinking to yourself a desperation for guidance straight into subordination no gods, no masters steer my fate reality subdues your fiction a reality you don’t dictate alone I stand, alone I fall no god will see ever me crawl will see me crawl there’s a grave with your name, a counter on your breaths from womb to tomb, from birth to death
4.
enslaved and kept in chains raped and killed by the thousands an essential lesson for mankind in humility the fall of a violent race by the absence of power I’ve walked in the devil’s footsteps gazed into an abyss of humanity unprecedented exploitation due spiteful demand of you and me only empathy would sooth my fucking rage everything is tainted by our sin I feel disconnected from reality not able to tell how we could be part of this twisted abuse exterminate my kind relieve us of guilt exterminate my kind erase all the memories exterminate my kind relieve us close my eyes end this nightmare
5.
erase yourself from history don’t leave a mark I choose honest darkness over misguiding light their temple let it burn their garden eden let it rot scholars of sin haunted by the burden of faith ancient beliefs fabricating times of disgrace preying on weakness feeding on the frail a broken promise to society, a spreading poison from blaze to ember, education is opportunity preying on weakness feeding on the frail eternal night is upon us swallow all light, a creeping cold put false prophets to the torch break free from celestial bonds eternal night swallow all light nail your god to the cross engulf your world in flames
6.
the first time i saw my father break was when he heard how he’d die and this disease took a piece of my heart and I hope I’ll be just as brave when death’s grasp reaches out for me the world keeps spinning without sympathy when grief chains you down to the ground paralyzed by misery sickness in my stomach and as your own body decays death is just a phone call away every breath is wasted and ruin is imminent so when you grow older, you better grow colder I’m trapped in a dream, I’m caught in between acceptance and denial a fluid change of shake and rest which is constantly creeping upon me
7.
what’s left of me once I leave this world? ashes scattered over earth and grass flesh and skin went up in smoke bones and remains powdered feelings, emotions; all turned into a pile of dust when the end is near what will be your legacy? a frozen smile in a picture frame; forever trapped a voice echoing into oblivion a distant memory slowly fading away my mind is a stained autumn day a ground where no seeds bloom haze and fog smother all joy my mind’s lost where my fears loom and If I die tonight it would be filled with discontent but would another day ever feel different? you’ve said you are not scared of death but you left me so scared of life
